I think that what you composed was very logical.
However, think on this, suppose you added a little information? I am not saying your information is not solid, however suppose you added a post title to maybe grab folk's attention? I mean RTSの告知＆掲示板
is a little vanilla. You might glance at Yahoo's home page and watch how they
write news titles to get people to open the links.
You might try adding a video or a picture or two to grab people interested about what you've got
to say. In my opinion, it would bring your website
a little livelier.
