I've been using Tenobet since roughly the spring, and I suppose I have enough mileage to say something useful. Stumbled on it through a mate who was after somewhere with decent game coverage that didn't have all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: it's not UKGC licensed and it's not on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is honestly massive — roughly 3,500+ titles last I looked, and the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play'n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming's back catalogue. Personally I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, which both run fine on mobile browser. Live dealer's all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which I've used a handful of times for the football, it's fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn't apply. Read the wagering before you commit, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. If you want to see the live offers, you'll find them at tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit's a tenner, the form took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was KYC — they took a day and a half to approve my ID, which held up the first payout just sat there the whole time. Not dodgy, just slower than I'd like.
Other gripes: no native app, so you're on mobile browser only. It's responsive enough on Android though an app would be nicer. Logging in can be sluggish around weekend evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the first replies read like templates. Ask a specific question and they sort it.
